We commonly accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of shipment documents), and we can also discuss other terms such as L/C based on cooperation.

• Keep away from extremely dry environments, direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent excessive drying, cracking or warping.

• Wipe clean gently with a soft damp cloth, then dry immediately. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners.

• Apply food-safe wood oil/beeswax regularly (if applicable) to keep the wood moisturized and extend service life.

• Minor natural texture changes and slight wood movement are normal characteristics of solid wood, not quality defects.
